I have used it in several recipes and it is really good! The flavor and texture and great! I made a taco soup with it the other night, and my family loved it. I did not have to mess with raw meat or take the time to cook it. I just put some in the pot with the other ingredients (water, instant black beans, instant pinto beans, freeze dried corn, dehydrated onions, salt, pepper, taco seasoning, tomato powder) and simmered for about 15-20 minutes. It was so quick and easy and delicious! This is a great product to have in your food storage or to use in your normal everyday cooking!
