A Little Peace of Mind with the Coronavirus

For anyone who would like a little peace of mind with this Coronavirus raging around the world, I would love to offer a few simple suggestions.
(You know preparedness is what I love! ) I'm not one who tries to scare people, and I try to keep things simple and doable. It's just good to be prepared, even if you do just a little, it can go a long way!
*Click this link to read my blog post that goes into more details about these things. Are You Prepared? 10 Helpful Hints
Basic things to obtain:
1. Water supply - just fill up juice containers or 2 litres soda bottles if that's all you have.
2. A simple 72 hour kit. You can put some basics together for not much money, like water, a little food, a change of clothes, a flashlight, etc.
3. Some basic groceries from the store, like pasta, rice, oats, and other pantry items and canned goods that you are used to eating in your everyday meals.
4. Don't forget a few disposable products (paper plates, cups, utensils, napkins), toilet paper, feminine hygiene supplies, baby supplies if needed, etc.

WALTON FEED GROUP ORDER
I'm about to put out the new price list for the Spring Walton Feed Group Order. You can get #10 cans, small cans, 5 gallon buckets, and bulk bags of just about every grain, bean, and other food storage item. These are trucking orders and we have deliveries all over the U.S., depending on which groups turn in orders. Email me if you want to get on my food storage email list. I'll send out the new order form in the next few days. macoombs5@comporium.net

THRIVE LIFE
I'd also be happy to help you order some freeze dried food from Thrive Life. It tastes good, is easy to cook with, is nutrient rich, non GMO, clean, reliably sourced, and has a shelf life of 25 years unopened. No other company that I have found offers better freeze dried food.
Make sure you order through the Delivery Service so you get the discounted pricing and free shipping on any order $99 or more. You do NOT have to order every month, and can easily manage your account through the settings tab.
Once you set up your customer account, you then have the option to share your referral link with any friends or family who want to order, and you will get 10% of their orders in Thrive Credit to use to buy whatever Thrive food you want.
I would definitely recommend the Chopped Chicken and the Sweet Corn that is on sale this month (until Friday!), and then pick a few other fruits and vegetables you like. I just bought more supplies to make a chicken vegetable stew - ๐Ÿ—๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฅฆ the chicken and corn, chopped onions, spinach, chicken bouillon, celery, carrots, green beans, and broccoli. Feel free to add pasta, quinoa, rice, potatoes, etc. The Fuji Apples ๐ŸŽ and Peaches ๐ŸŠ are AMAZING to snack on right out of the can!

RUVI ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’œ
And you really should check out RUVI. Those are fruit and vegetable drink blends (powdered freeze dried fruits and veggies), with all the nutrient and fiber of 4 servings of fresh produce in each packet. There are 4 flavors to choose from, and together they have a variety of 26 fruits and veggies. Just pour into a blender bottle with water, shake it up, and drink! Great for quick nutrients from real food, and they are delicious!

If you have any questions after skimming through that blog post, please let me know. I'm home sick with the flu for the rest of the week (miserable), but I have time to answer questions. ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜ท๐Ÿคง๐Ÿค’
